Process design at the highest level
| All globally available contacts and housings can be processed in our process. These includes: Tyco, Lear, Molex, JST, Jazaki, JAE Kostal, Rosenberger, ROKA and many others. Special contacts and in-house production are completing the portfolio, from cut individual strands to antenna cables, fully automatic tinning, crimping of all possible variants, soldering as well as welding connections. Assembly and fabrication of complete assemblies as part of a multimedia receiving system as well as suppression assemblies in bottom cover design are completed by waterproof hot melt overmolding. The most modern machines and processes guarantee consistent quality. Accompanied by our CIP | (continuous improvement process), it is ensured that we are always up to date. In the automotive sector of windshield contacts, special solutions and in-house developments in cooperation with our customers find their special application.
